Medication Plan
This plan includes a comprehensive psychiatric provider evaluation, your medication management, and ongoing provider support and monitoring of your care, including any necessary adjustments.
Therapy
Therapy plan includes four sessions with a licensed therapist who helps guide you through a personalized program using evidence-based approaches. You can purchase additional appointments with your therapist if you choose for the discounted $89 per session.
Medication + Therapy
Combining both plans costs $599 per month ($50 off). In addition to the benefits of the Medication Plan, you get weekly sessions with a licensed therapist who helps guide you through a personalized program using evidence-based approaches.
● These Memberships Guarantee Appointment within 7 days other than urgent care.

●Members and clients must set an appointment before going to the office.
●All appointments are scheduled in advanced and that time is reserved for you. Cancellations require a 48-hour notice, otherwise the session will be counted against your monthly allotment.
●Membership is not transferable. Unused sessions are non-refundable. You may cancel your membership at any time and the service will be canceled on the next billing cycle.
